About

MC Davis is a native Texan who fell in love with historic Franklin and decided to relocate after raising her two amazing daughters. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. MC received her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and began her legal career as an assistant district attorney in San Antonio, Texas.

In 1995 MC moved to her hometown of Cleburne, Texas, to take a position with local law firm MacLean & Boulware where she handled family, criminal, and probate cases. MC opened a solo practice in 2006 and built a thriving law practice, continuing to provide her clients with representation in a wide range of matters. In 2020 she sold her practice and moved to Tennessee. MC has handled thousands of cases over her career and enjoys guiding clients through the litigation process and helping them achieve the best outcome for both them and most importantly for their children.
