Attorney Neil Campbell earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee University in 2002 and his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 2007. A native of middle Tennessee, Neil was sworn into the Tennessee Bar after graduating from law school in the fall of 2007. Immediately after his admission, Neil founded his own private practice where he still practices today. Neil feels genuinely privileged to serve families in the community that he loves.
As both a divorce attorney and a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator, Neil practices all aspects of family law including juvenile law, guardianship, conservatorships, and adoptions. He also routinely handles complex divorces that involve large marital estates, business valuations, alimony, child support, and child custody.
Neil enjoys representing clients in mediation, collaborative law, and litigation. He strives to help clients resolve disputes respectfully and efficiently that truly serves their best interests. Neil takes the time to listen to what his clients have to say, working to clarify their goals and make sure they have the information they need to make informed decisions. He tailors his representation to be responsive to every client’s unique needs. Neil even works with other professionals such as therapists, counselors, psychologists, and forensic accountants who help him achieve positive solutions for his clients.
